TW: Discussion of mental health, suicide and depression In this episode Summer talks with Aaron about his experience of Depression. They discuss managing mental health, while serving others in the midst of lockdown, and share a bit of their story about journeying together through this experience. Aaron also speaks a bit about how certain cultural narratives surrounding faith and masculinity shaped his understanding of mental health, and prevented him from seeking help for a time.
